Plotopia is operated without a commercial register entry. That is stated rather than left blank, because inventing a number to fill the gap would be worse than the gap.
Plotopia is a game. Topia (TPA) is the in-game currency of that game, backed 1:1 by USDC that the operator holds. It is not electronic money, not an investment, not a security and not a means of payment outside the game, and Plotopia is therefore not supervised by a financial authority. The full statement is in the Terms of Service, section 2 — this page names it because it is the question a reader of an imprint asks.
The operator does not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body and is not obliged to. Complaints reach a person directly at the e-mail address above, and they are answered.
